Thriving in Life is a therapy process group for those struggling to manage anxiety in any area of life. From anxiety at work, within families, raising kids, and life in general, this group will provide space to process challenges with anxiety in a safe place among peers. In addition, we will explore helpful perspectives, insights, and tools for managing anxiety in daily life.
This support group will meet weekly from Jan. 21st to Mar. 11th (8 weeks). The cost is $70/individual or $100/couple. Childcare is available.
