Please join us and pray for the semi-annual congregational meeting this Sunday, May 19, following the second service at 12:15PM. Members, please attend – a quorum of members is needed to approve the elder elections and bylaw changes. Regular attendees are also encouraged to come. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. Childcare and lunch are provided for birth through 4th grade for those who register.
Agenda: Elder Elections, Ministry Updates (Senior Pastor), Financial Update, Bylaws Changes (vote)
There will also be two informational meetings with the Elders on May 5th & 12th where you can discuss the agenda items and get information about absentee ballots if you are unable to attend in person on the 19th.
